As a full time agent, I spend my days getting to know the local market and helping awesome people with their real estate needs.  From Austin down to San Antonio, the market is booming.  Sellers are getting top dollar and there are new neighborhoods popping up everywhere. 

It's important however, to have guidance.  If a house is overpriced or not in the right condition, it can sit on the market for a long period of time and languish.  This usually ends up with the seller getting less than they ever would have had the house been priced right to start with.  I'll help you decide which repairs and upgrades are important and which ones are unnecessary.  Together, we will look closely at the local market and determine what the exact right price is to list in order to be competitive and still get you top dollar in the shortest amount of time possible. 

On the buyer side, there are many hurdles, and particularly for first-time homebuyers, its important to have someone who will walk you through the entire process and explain things clearly.  Home-buying should be fun and exciting, not stressful.  Thats where I come in.  I'll coordinate everything, including the inspections, negotiations, and working with the title company and seller's agent.  I'll always answer my phone, or get right back with you if I am busy at the moment.  You will be informed of everything that is going on and I will make sure that the process is always clear and transparent to you.
